For each paper (full, short, or poster), at least one of the authors must register at the Full Conference Registration rate and present the paper. Each registration covers one paper. Student authors can register at the student rate if another author of the same paper is registered at the full rate. What is included in the registration fee
The registration fee includes daily coffee breaks and lunches, cocktail reception and the conference dinner.

Visa/Invitation Letters
A signed and personalized Letter of Invitation can be obtained after registration. This letter can be used to support visa applications, if necessary. This document does not imply any obligation of the UCC/BDCAT 2026 Organizing Committee to cover travel, accommodation, or other costs.
Deadlines for different payment methods
These payment deadlines are for non-authors registering in the conference later than the authors registration deadline. Authors should comply with the deadlines for camera-ready and registration. Please contact us if you have questions about your payment method.

Boleto (for Brazilian authors): until 26/Nov/2026
Credit card: until the last day of the conference.
PIX, Nota de Empenho e Faturamento (for Brazilian authors): until the last day of the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations until 20/Nov/2026: 80% of the paid value will be refunded. No cancellations are possible after this date. To ask for a cancellation, please contact faturamento@sbc.org.br
